About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Sparkling Hill Wellness Hotel Ltd. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Budgeting and Financial Management
    • Analyze financial data to identify areas for cost reduction and implement strategies to boost profits
    • Develop and manage budgets to determine food, ingredient, and supply costs
  • Operations and Logistics
    • Evaluate and optimize daily operations to ensure seamless service delivery
    • Monitor revenues and labor costs to make informed decisions
    • Supervise staff and provide guidance on performance improvement
  • Customer Service and Experience
    • Ensure exceptional customer service and address complaints or concerns
    • Develop and implement marketing plans to drive customer engagement
  • Inventory Management and Procurement
    • Organize and maintain inventory to minimize waste and optimize stock levels
    • Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
  • Health and Safety
    • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and protocols
  • Team Management and Development
    • Recruit, train, and develop staff to ensure a high-performing team
Requirements
  • 2 years of experience in a restaurant or hospitality management role
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and improving operational efficiency
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
