We are seeking a highly motivated and well-spoken sales professional to join our team at Northwood Collection. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities in the Home Decor and Furniture Industry. Your primary focus will be on cold calling and following up with leads, understanding customer needs, and identifying sales opportunities. You will also be responsible for creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers, researching and qualifying new leads, and closing sales to achieve sales targets. To be successful in this role, you will need to have at least 5 years of experience in successful selling in the Home Decor Industry, proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel, excellent communication and organizational skills, and the ability to travel and multitask.
