ERP System Support Specialist Job Description

We're seeking a highly skilled ERP System Support Specialist to join our team at The Heico Companies LLC. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Epicor ERP software and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to users of Epicor ERP software
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot software and data issues
  • Document software and data issues
  • Develop and maintain knowledge documentation
  • Stay current with software updates through online training videos and webinars
  • Evaluate and escalate user issues to the IT Business Relationship Manager as needed

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience using Epicor software
  • Degree/Diploma in Data Science, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Software Engineering Technology, Computer Systems Technology
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent communication and customer-service skills
  • Knowledge of SSRS, JSON, C#, SQL
  • Knowledge of financial, manufacturing, sales, or logistics business processes
