Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Shred-Tech. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to customers, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring that our shredding systems are running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and on-site visits
  • Troubleshoot issues with shredding systems and equipment
  • Perform preventative maintenance on shredding systems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in technical support or a related field
  • Strong technical knowledge of shredding systems and equipment
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
