Job Title: Customer Service and Administrative Support Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Customer Service and Administrative Support Specialist to join our team in Cambridge, ON. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing daily production data, and providing administrative support to our small office team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage inbound customer calls and emails, providing prompt and professional service
  • Accurately gather and input daily production data, pricing, and material codes into the ERP system (Sage)
  • Handle shipping documents, checklists, and other related paperwork
  • Provide general administrative support to a small office team of three
  • Assist with various tasks as needed to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of administrative and customer service experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook
  • Strong phone and email communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and maintain accuracy under pressure
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

What We Offer:

  • Pay rate between $25.00-$30.00/hour (based on experience) + 4% vacation pay
  • Weekly pay via direct deposit
  • Opportunity to turn permanent
  • Full-time hours; Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:00pm
