Canguard Building Maintenance Ltd. is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff and management team. Your duties will include:

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of other staff members
  • Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings
  • Answer and direct telephone calls and electronic enquiries
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory
  • Provide administrative support to the management team
Requirements
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
  • Flexibility and adaptability
  • Accurate and detail-oriented
