Administrative Support Professional for the Registrations and Continuing Education Teams

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support the operational activities of the Registrations and Continuing Education teams at Royal Bank of Canada.

As an integral member of our team, you will be responsible for performing varied administrative/operational assignments, including assisting with simple registration filings, document preparation, and data tracking. Your excellent communication skills, computer literacy, and ability to work effectively in a team environment will make you a valuable asset to our organization.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Assisting with simple registration filings
  • Preparing documents
  • Tracking data
  • Supporting special projects and other administrative tasks as assigned
