Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff, including answering telephone calls, responding to emails, and preparing reports and documents.

Responsibilities
  • Answer telephone calls and respond to emails in a timely and professional manner
  • Prepare reports and documents using MS Office software
  • Maintain accurate records and files
  • Provide administrative support to staff members as needed
