Comprehensive Administrative and Technical Support Specialist

We're seeking a highly organized and tech-savvy Virtual Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and technical support for the Coalition for Music Education in Canada. This is a remote position, allowing you to work flexibly from anywhere.

Administrative Tasks
  • Manage calendars and schedule appointments with ease.
  • Conduct thorough research and perform accurate data entry tasks.
  • Plan and coordinate travel arrangements for team members and clients.

Additionally, our ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, including:

  • Software installations and troubleshooting network issues.
  • Social media management and content creation.
  • Website maintenance and updates.
  • Clinical Relationship Management (CRM) software expertise.

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $35-$40 per hour or project-based compensation, depending on experience. As a full-time, permanent employee, you'll enjoy a flexible work schedule, working remotely on your own schedule.
