Job Description

We are currently recruiting for a full-time Administrative Assistant to join the Funds & Secondaries team. The successful candidate will report to a Principal, Investments, and provide day-to-day administrative support to senior and junior members of the team.

Main Duties
  • Managing calendars on behalf of team members and coordinating meeting bookings as needed
  • Assisting with meeting room bookings, guest registration, and catering orders
  • Handling highly sensitive and confidential matters relating to the daily activity of the department and/or organization
  • Assisting with team planning, including off-sites and social events
  • Booking and managing complex global travel arrangements
  • Ensuring team members are prepared for meetings and carrying forward action items
  • Reconciling credit card expenses and inputting into Expense Reporting System
  • Working with HR and IT to ensure smooth on-boarding process for new employees
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of experience gained from a fast-paced, professional environment. They should have experience providing support to multiple professionals and managing competing priorities. Key skills and qualifications include:

  • Complex calendar management and booking high-profile meetings
  • Experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Calendar)
  • Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and effectively in a team-oriented environment
Benefits
