Department Manager, Night Shift

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Department Manager to join our team at Reno Depot. As a Department Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store's night shift department.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Manage Staff: Lead and motivate a team of employees to ensure excellent customer service and efficient store operations.
- Merchandising and Inventory: Implement effective merchandising strategies and manage inventory levels to meet customer demand and maximize sales.
- Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive exceptional service and support, resolving any issues that may arise.
- Store Operations: Oversee the night shift operations, including opening and closing procedures, and ensure that the store is secure and well-maintained.
- Marketing and Promotions: Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to drive sales and promote our products.
- Recruitment and Training: Assist in recruiting and training new staff members to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
- Experience: 5 years of experience in personnel management and retail business management.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills, resourceful, and autonomous.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
