We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Claims Representative to join our team at Fortier Ford. As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of our claims process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process and manage claims in a timely and efficient manner
  • Prepare and submit claims reports, meeting deadlines and quality standards
  • Monitor and track work-in-progress (WIP) according to company standards
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Experience with the Serti system
  • Bilingual
Work Schedule:

Monday to Thursday, 7am to 4:30pm, and Friday, 7am to 1:30pm. Flexible schedule may be considered.
