The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Service Department.

The key responsibilities of this role will include:

  • Managing the warranty claim process;
  • Preparing and submitting warranty claims in a timely manner;
  • Tracking and monitoring Work-In-Progress (WIP) files in accordance with company standards.

Requirements for the position include:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role;
  • Experience with the Serti system;
  • Bilingualism.

Work Schedule:

  • Monday to Thursday, 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM;
  • Friday, 7:00 AM to 1:30 PM;
  • Flexible schedule;
