Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure they align with our company's goals and objectives.
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Carry out administrative activities, including data entry and record-keeping.
  • Co-ordinate and plan for office services, such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, and maintenance.
  • Perform tasks such as resolving conflict situations and monitoring and evaluating office procedures.
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • College diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and MS Windows.
