Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Medical Administrative Assistant to join our team at Primecare Pharmacy. As a key member of our healthcare staff, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our medical professionals, ensuring seamless patient care and office operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Patient Interaction: You will interact with patients to obtain detailed case histories, gathering essential information to aid in their treatment and care.
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Efficiently schedule and confirm appointments, ensuring timely and accurate management of patient schedules.
  • Clinical Documentation: Prepare and complete insurance claim forms, as well as enter and format electronic medical reports and correspondence for review by medical professionals.
  • Office Operations: Develop and implement efficient office procedures and routines, optimizing workflow and productivity.
Requirements and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • A secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar administrative role.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Benefits and Compensation

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $55,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience and qualifications. This includes:

  • A base salary of $42,000 per annum.
  • A performance-based bonus structure.
