Operations Coordinator for Events and Administration

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to support our events and administrative functions at Galaxy Homes. This is a permanent, full-time position offering an estimated annual salary of $45,000-$60,000 based on experience.
About the Role:This key role will be responsible for coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events, as well as preparing minutes of meetings and maintaining office procedures. The successful candidate will also schedule appointments, answer phone calls, and order office supplies. Additionally, they will work closely with colleagues to maintain inventory, greet clients, and provide excellent customer service.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Possess strong organizational and time management skills
- Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Have knowledge of MS Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Access
- Be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- Meet the physical demands of the role, including sitting for extended periods and lifting up to 25 pounds
