About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven On Premise Manager to join our team at Red Bull. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and increasing Red Bull's presence in the On Premise channel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business plan to maximize Red Bull's sales and distribution in the On Premise channel.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, including bars, restaurants, and other On Premise establishments.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, including expanding Red Bull's distribution and increasing sales.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and execute marketing and sales strategies to drive Red Bull's growth in the On Premise channel.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to optimize sales strategies and improve business results.
  • Ensure that all Point of Sale (POS) items are tracked, staged, and displayed appropriately to maximize sales.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of success in sales and business development, particularly in the On Premise channel.
  • Strong relationships with key accounts and a deep understanding of the On Premise industry.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results and business growth.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with experience in sales and marketing analytics.
  • Valid driver's license and clear driving record.
  • Post-secondary education in sales and marketing, or a related field.
