Job Title: On Premise Manager

Red Bull is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven On Premise Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and increasing Red Bull's presence in the On Premise channel.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business plan to drive sales growth and increase market share in the On Premise channel.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, including bars, restaurants, and other On Premise establishments.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, including new account openings and sales growth initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including marketing and sales teams, to develop and execute sales strategies and promotions.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions to drive business growth.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and leverage this knowledge to drive business growth and innovation.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of success in sales and business development, with a strong understanding of the On Premise channel.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with key accounts and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
