About the Role

The Senior Business Development Manager – Calgary will be responsible for identifying and pursuing opportunities to expand our client base by being responsive, building strong relationships, and providing critical support when disaster strikes.

This role involves actively working with our team to achieve sales targets within the Commercial, Multi-Residential, Institutional (ICI), and Healthcare segments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to expand our client base
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Provide critical support during times of disaster
  • Work collaboratively with our team to achieve sales targets

Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in a consultative sales environment
  • Post-secondary degree or diploma in Sales & Marketing, Business Management, or a related field
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
  • Strong understanding of customer decision-making processes and how to influence them
