On Premise Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced On Premise Sales Manager to join our team at Red Bull. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and increasing brand presence in the On Premise channel.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and increase market share in the On Premise channel.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, including bars, restaurants, and other On Premise establishments.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand Red Bull's presence in the On Premise channel.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing and promotional campaigns to drive sales and increase brand awareness.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the On Premise channel, including market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity.
- Proven track record of success in sales and business development, with a strong understanding of the On Premise channel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with key accounts and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and identify opportunities for growth.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership.
- Fluency in English, with additional language skills an asset.
- Valid driver's license and clear driving record.
