Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our team. As a critical care specialist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality respiratory therapy services to our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with clients to provide therapeutic, diagnostic, technical, and teaching services consistent with discipline and professional standards.
  • Support quality client care through continuing professional development, research, quality improvement, and promotion of respiratory therapy.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to the vision, values, goals, and objectives of Riverview Health Centre.
Requirements
  • Recent and relevant clinical experience preferred.
  • _degree/diploma in Respiratory Therapy or equivalent education as recognized by the Manitoba Association of Registered Respiratory Therapists (MARRT).
  • Current registration with MARRT required.
  • Current certification in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) provider level.
  • CPR Training requirements for this position shall be in accordance with WRHA policy.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Knowledge of principles of Respiratory Therapy.
  • Knowledge of relevant Workplace Safety and Health responsibilities.
  • Ability to express ideas and thoughts in English both verbally and in-written format.
  • Ability to establish and maintain good interpersonal relationships.
  • Demonstrated effective written and verbal communication skills.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a pension plan and paid time off.
