Sales Tech Enablement Manager

Softchoice is seeking a highly skilled Sales Tech Enablement Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales enablement team, you will be responsible for developing and delivering technical training programs, tools, and resources to support the sales team's success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of technical training programs and tools to support sales team enablement.
  • Design and deliver training sessions, webinars, and workshops to ensure sales teams have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to craft and package high-value tools and resources for sales teams.
  • Develop and maintain metrics to measure the effectiveness of training programs and tools.
  • Work closely with subject matter experts to ensure assets are created and delivered to the field.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in technical training and related certification programs.
  • Experience in adult learning best practices.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to lead by inspiring others.
  • Effective at building and maintaining positive relationships.
  • Passion for excellence and high quality in the finished product.
