TouchBistro is looking for a **Sales Enablement Specialist **to support the cohesive efforts of our Sales, Partnerships, Marketing, and Customer Success departments. Reporting to the Director, Sales Enablement you will play a key role in fostering the development and proficiency of our revenue-generating teams, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary tools and training to excel. Our mission is to enhance the capabilities of our teams, and in doing so, elevate the overall success and efficiency of our organization.

**Your Day-to-Day**
- Coordinate and streamline our monthly Sales Bootcamps, ensuring their efficacy and relevance
- Facilitate select Bootcamp sessions, bringing a balance of expertise and engagement
- Optimize and adjust onboarding tracks for new hires using the Docebo LMS software to align with our evolving needs
- Utilize technology to methodically measure and track the progress and success of our new team members
- Undertake specialized enablement projects as necessitated by the Sales and Business Development teams, ensuring timely completion and adherence to our standards
- Data analysis - implement strong analytical strategies to gauge training effectiveness and tailor solutions accordingly
- Develop instructional design methodologies to enhance the content delivery and comprehension for the teams using Docebo LMS

**All About You**
- You have 3+ years of experience in a related role(s) (Sales, Customer Success, Enablement, Project Management, Training/Learning & Development)
- You have experience with LMS software (we use Docebo), Salesforce and video editing software
- You have a passion for instructional design and adult learning concepts
- You have project management experience and have the ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage timelines/budgets/schedules
- You have a sharp analytical mindset, capable of dissecting data and deriving actionable insights
- You have a university degree in communications, business, HR, finance or relevant field
