About the Role
This position involves managing data input/accuracy for all employee life cycle processes and systems, including recruitment, integration, relocations, transfers, and separations. You will also drive continuous improvement initiatives and provide best-practice HR services.

- Maximize HR Operations: Develop and implement strategies to optimize HR operations across multiple facilities.
- Evolving Performance Management: Coach and guide managers to improve their leadership skills and foster a performance-driven culture.

- Strategic Growth Contribution: Contribute strategically to the company's growth and success.

Requirements
- 10+ years of human resources, recruitment, and/or department management experience in a related industry.
- Experience with HRIS, notably ADP Workforce.
Salary
The estimated annual salary for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 based on industry standards and location.
