Human Resources Generalist | Strategic Talent Manager

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our team as a Strategic Talent Manager at Smiths Interconnect. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic organization and contribute to the success of our business.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide human resources support to a major business unit or functional area, reporting directly to the HRBP.
- Act as a local subject matter expert on employment legislation and provide guidance on addressing HR-related queries.
- Support talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, employee relations, training and development, and HR operations.
- Manage HR-related projects and programs, including talent & development, process improvements, and other initiatives.
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or recognized qualification/certification in Human Resources.
- Prior HR Generalist experience essential.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, approachable, and trustworthy nature.
- Strong influencing skills and ability to professionally manage employee and company data.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and HR business systems.
- Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- 10% business travel required.
- Must be able to sit for extended periods, maneuver to all areas of the office, and lift up to 10 pounds.
- Must have manual dexterity and coordination to operate office equipment.
- Competitive salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, based on location and experience.
