Dedicated Bilingual Office Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bilingual Administrative Assistant to join our team at BioScript Solutions.
Job SummaryThis full-time, permanent position is responsible for preparing, reviewing, and editing various forms of correspondence. The successful candidate will also assist in compiling data for reports, maintain confidentiality, and provide exceptional communication skills both verbally and in writing.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare, review, and edit correspondence such as letters, invoices, presentations, publications, and reports;
- Data entry and general administrative duties;
- Maintain confidentiality in all interactions;
- Organize, maintain, and coordinate office records and files;
- Photocopy, fax, scan, and organize documents for distribution, mailing, binding, and filing;
- Accurately and appropriately file correspondence, invoices, and receipts.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- One year of experience in a similar administrative role;
- Bilingualism in French & English is a requirement;
- Organization - Ability to create or maintain processes to ensure all relevant information or tools are easily accessible;
- Professionalism - Demonstrates professional standards of conduct when governing interactions between individuals in a business environment;
- Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office programs (including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint);
- Attention to Detail - Attends to details and pursues quality in the accomplishment of tasks, regardless of the volume of duties encountered;
- Communication - Expresses and transmits information with consistency and clarity;
- Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing in English. French understanding is an asset;
- Ability to respond quickly in a dynamic and changing environment; and
- Ability to work individually as well as part of a team.
