Job Title: Office Coordinator
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Office Coordinator to join our team at Gurjyot Truck Repair. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our day-to-day activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to office staff, including answering phones, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
- Manage and maintain accurate records and files, both physical and digital.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and events.
- Assist with budgeting and financial planning, including preparing invoices and reconciliations.
- Develop and implement administrative procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
Requirements:
- College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
- 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
