We are seeking an Office Coordinator to join the team at Iree Community Agency Inc. The ideal candidate will be responsible for arranging and co-ordinating seminars, conferences and other events. Additionally, the candidate will determine and establish office procedures and routines, schedule and confirm appointments, and provide customer service. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Event Coordination: Arrange and co-ordinate seminars, conferences, and other events
  • Office Procedures: Determine and establish office procedures and routines
  • Customer Service: Provide customer service, answer electronic enquiries and respond to employee questions and complaints
  • Office Administration: Order office supplies, maintain inventory and arrange travel itineraries

The successful candidate will have a secondary (high) school graduation certificate and at least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
