Job Title:

Bilingual French Customer Service and Sales Representative

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and bilingual (English/French) customer-focused individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional service to join our team as a Bilingual French Customer Service and Sales Representative.

Responsibilities:
  • Resolve critical business issues and solve situations related to orders, shipments, or other customer-related matters.
  • Handle order placement, order status, and customer complaint issues.
  • Deliver work that is well-executed, accurate, and attentive to detail.
  • Use SAP and other Customer Service applications to access customer information, policies, and procedures.
  • Interact with peers, supervisors, and managers to assist with orders and information.
  • Provide outstanding customer service in English & French, and ensure quick response times of under 24 hours.
Requirements:
  • Fluent in French (reading, writing, and speaking)
  • 2+ years of experience in a call center or customer service office environment
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to multitask effectively
  • Experience with SAP systems, salesforce and Excel is an asset
