We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Coordinator to join our team at HR Immigration Inc.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Responsibilities:
  • Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences, maintaining accurate and detailed records
  • Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and respond to electronic inquiries in a professional and timely manner
  • Compile data, statistics, and other information to support business decisions
  • Set up and maintain manual and computerized filing systems, ensuring easy access to important documents
  • Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents, maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role
