About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Director to join our team at T-SAFE CANADA. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership: Provide strategic direction and leadership to the organization, ensuring alignment with our mission and goals.
  • Financial Management: Oversee the financial management of the organization, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Human Resources: Lead the development and implementation of HR strategies, including talent management, employee engagement, and performance management.
  • Operational Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the organization, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of services.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including employees, customers, and partners.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior leadership role, preferably in a financial management or business development capacity.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.
