Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Director to join our team at T-SAFE CANADA. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial services division and ensuring the successful implementation of organizational policies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and improve financial performance.
  • Financial Management: Oversee the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Operational Excellence: Establish and maintain effective operational processes and procedures to ensure efficient and effective delivery of financial services.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of 5-10 professionals to achieve business objectives and develop their skills and expertise.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration or finance.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior management role, preferably in the financial services industry.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Physical Demands: Ability to work in a office environment with frequent sitting, standing, and walking.
