About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Director to join our team at T-SAFE CANADA. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the strategic direction and operational management of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Management: Develop and implement financial plans, budgets, and forecasts to ensure the long-term sustainability of our organization.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior staff to establish and achieve organizational objectives, and develop policies and programs to support our mission.
  • Human Resources: Lead the recruitment, development, and management of a high-performing team, and ensure that our organization is a great place to work.
  • Representation: Represent T-SAFE CANADA in various forums and negotiations, and ensure that our organization is represented in a professional and effective manner.
  • Operational Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our organization, including the management of resources, facilities, and technology.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior management role, preferably in a non-profit or business organization.
  • Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office, including Excel, Access, and Outlook.
Work Environment

This is a full-time position, working 30 hours per week. The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment, with a large workload and multiple priorities.

Security and Safety

The successful candidate will be required to undergo a criminal record check.
