We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Director to join our team at T-SAFE CANADA. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the strategic direction and operational management of our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Financial Management: Develop and implement financial plans, budgets, and forecasts to ensure the long-term sustainability of our organization.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior staff to establish and achieve organizational objectives, and develop policies and programs to support our mission.
- Human Resources: Lead the recruitment, development, and management of a high-performing team, and ensure that our organization is a great place to work.
- Representation: Represent T-SAFE CANADA in various forums and negotiations, and ensure that our organization is represented in a professional and effective manner.
- Operational Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our organization, including the management of resources, facilities, and technology.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior management role, preferably in a non-profit or business organization.
- Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office, including Excel, Access, and Outlook.
This is a full-time position, working 30 hours per week. The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment, with a large workload and multiple priorities.
Security and SafetyThe successful candidate will be required to undergo a criminal record check.

The successful candidate will be required to participate in a government or community program or initiative that supports newcomers and/or refugees.
Support for Indigenous PeopleThe successful candidate will be required to develop and maintain relationships with indigenous communities, indigenous-owned businesses and organizations, and provide cultural competency training and/or awareness training to all employees.
Support for Visible MinoritiesThe successful candidate will be required to apply hiring policies that discourage discrimination against members of visible minorities.
