About the Role

T-SAFE CANADA is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Director to lead our organization in achieving its strategic objectives. As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall direction and performance of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and expansion.
  • Operational Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the organization, ensuring efficient and effective use of resources.
  • Financial Management: Manage the organization's finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Human Resources: Lead the development and implementation of HR strategies, including talent management, employee engagement, and performance management.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and suppliers.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior leadership role, preferably in a business or management capacity.
  • Skills: Strong strategic thinking, leadership, and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
