Pacific Coast Recovery Care Inc is seeking an Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will be responsible for coordinating the flow of information within the team, opening and distributing mail and other materials, and establishing and implementing policies and procedures. You will also be responsible for determining and establishing office procedures and routines, scheduling and confirming appointments, and answering telephone and relay telephone calls and messages. Additionally, you will be responsible for ordering office supplies and maintaining inventory, setting up and maintaining manual and computerized information filing systems, and typing and proofreading correspondence, forms and other documents. You will also provide customer service and work under pressure to meet tight deadlines. The ideal candidate will have excellent oral and written communication skills, be organized and able to multitask, and have a strong attention to detail. The successful candidate will have 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role and will be able to work independently with minimal supervision. Requirements
