Customer Solutions Specialist

As a Customer Solutions Specialist at Millennium 1 Solutions, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients' suite of products and services. Your primary responsibility will be to provide tailored product/service options to customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Engagement: Connect with customers from coast-to-coast, building rapport and delivering consistent results.
- Outbound Sales: Promote and recommend the latest products and services to customers on inbound/outbound sales queues.
- Call Management: Manage call flows, provide first call resolution, and satisfy customer expectations.
- Solution Development: Strive to understand the customer's situation and recognize their needs while providing customized solutions.
- Business Growth: Create a need by educating customers on product & services, and execute business strategy that meets or exceeds financial objectives.
- Performance Metrics: Meeting key performance indicators and following up with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and expanding sales opportunities.
- Professional Communication: Accurately resolve customer questions with a high level of professionalism and accurately document customer interactions within the appropriate systems.
- Experience: Experience in Customer Care, Retention, Inbound Sales, or Outbound Sales is an asset.
- Schedule Flexibility: A flexible schedule (including evenings and weekends) is required.
- Technical Skills: Ability to navigate multiple computer systems and download and use the Google Authenticator app.
- Work Environment: A secure area to store company and customer-related information, power outlets for both a PC and Monitor, and high-speed internet (10MB or greater) are necessary.
