The Mullings Group, a leading family office investment enterprise based in Victoria, BC, is seeking an experienced Executive Talent Development Strategist to join its team.

As a key member of the Human Resources department, this role will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sourcing, development, and succession planning programs to support the organization's growth and diversity needs.

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in talent acquisition and development, with a proven track record of building proactive sourcing programs that meet the evolving needs of an organization. They will also possess expertise in establishing and managing third-party vendor agreements, as well as experience working with Ceridian Dayforce Talent modules.

The successful candidate will be able to foster internal talent mobility, drive organizational workforce planning discussions, and evaluate and negotiate long-term partnership agreements with various vendors.

This is an exceptional opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the development of a world-class talent pipeline. The salary range for this position is $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience.
