About the Role:
- Proven track record in sales leadership within the hospitality industry.
- Deep understanding of the Canadian hospitality market.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team.
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred.
- Flexibility to work in a hybrid work environment.
