We've made significant strides in establishing INEOS Automotive as a major player in 4x4 development and manufacturing. We've partnered with industry leaders, secured a world-class production facility, and have our sights set on building the Quartermaster, a double cab pickup.

The Role

The Head of Canada will be responsible for leading Sales Operations, Network Development, Aftersales, and Marketing efforts within the region. This includes developing and monitoring the go-to-market strategy to align with the Americas plan.

  • Establish regional partnerships and collaborations that reflect the INEOS Automotive brand.
  • Build a sales and aftersales network for the region.
  • Analyse market data and potential to inform market entry plans and routes to market.
  • Implement robust standards for sales and after-sales, ensuring consistency across the region.
  • Collaborate with marketing agencies to tailor the global strategy to the Canadian market.
  • Manage INEOS-owned Event Hubs, including regional strategies for engagement with VIPs, journalists, and off-road clubs.
  • Engage with potential fleet customers, preparing RFIs and RFPs in collaboration with the Fleet Sales Manager Americas.
Requirements
  1. A proven track record in senior sales leadership roles, preferably within the automotive or related industries.
  2. A strong understanding of the Canadian automotive market, including dealer networks and consumer behaviour.
  3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  4. An ability to work in a scale-up organisation with a positive, flexible attitude.
