Salary Estimate: Based on industry standards and location, we estimate the salary range to be around CAD 120,000 - 180,000 per year.

Job Description

The Head of Sales and Trading will manage our largest accounts and grow our business accounts, measured by revenue growth, sign ups, and customer satisfaction. This role requires strong leadership skills, market research expertise, and experience in hiring, team building, and managing sales staff.

  • Conduct market and industry research to identify new opportunities.
  • Improve our go-to-market approach for SMB and enterprise customers.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 7+ years of relevant experience, preferably in crypto sales or business development, or traditional asset management, OTC sales or brokerage environment.
  • Existing relationships with a number of focus clients such as hedge funds and family offices.
  • Experience in hiring, team building, training, and managing sales staff.

Location
