We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to join our team as an Enterprise Account Executive. Reporting to the VP, Sales, you will play a critical role in driving growth and revenue expansion across North America.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Hunt for net new logos within Enterprise Accounts ($1B+ in Revenue) and serve as the primary point of contact for strategic and large accounts.
  • Drive the end-to-end software sales process, leveraging the MEDDPICC framework to document sales notes and ensure seamless customer engagement.
  • Promote software and enterprise support solutions to maximize value for customers and drive subscription sales in a leading SaaS business.
  • Provide leadership and direction for assigned accounts, fostering strong relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Development Team to prospect for opportunities through cold-calling, existing relationships, inbound sales activities, channel partners, marketing programs, and events.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting efforts against quarterly sales targets and report weekly progress via our CRM (Salesforce).
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • A refined business acumen that effectively uncovers client needs and drives value-based sales, applying differentiators as key success factors in client businesses.
  • A proven hunter mentality, continually seeking new opportunities to build pipeline and engage customer conversations.
  • At least 3 years of B2B Enterprise Sales experience with Fortune 1000 companies, including established relationships with decision-makers.
  • 5+ years of SaaS software sales experience.
  • Strategic sales expertise, selling to management levels of security, development, and C-Level stakeholders.
  • A collaborative mindset, working with internal stakeholders across marketing, sales, and product to deliver optimal results.
Estimated Annual Salary: $120,000 - $180,000

In addition to your base salary, you will also have the opportunity to earn performance bonuses based on individual and team achievements.
