Enterprise Account Executive Opportunity

Document Crunch seeks an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to drive revenue growth, manage key client relationships, and achieve sales targets in a dynamic B2B sales environment.

New Business Development:
  1. Identify and target new business opportunities in assigned markets or industries, leveraging strategic account management expertise.
  2. Lead sales presentations, proposals, and negotiations with prospective clients, utilizing strong communication and negotiation skills.
  3. Drive the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, ensuring consistent achievement of revenue targets and exceeding individual quotas.
Account Management:
  1. Manage a portfolio of high-value, strategic accounts, focusing on expansion and retention, and develop account strategies that expand revenue opportunities within existing accounts.
  2. Regularly review client performance, providing insights and recommendations to improve customer outcomes, and collaborate with internal teams to develop effective sales strategies.
Sales Strategy and Execution:
  1. Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer feedback to refine sales tactics, and participate in the planning and execution of marketing initiatives to build a community in your territory.
  2. Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention, and represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings to strengthen brand visibility.
Leadership and Collaboration:
  1. Act as a mentor and leader to other newer team members, providing guidance and support in their professional development, and work cross-functionally with various departments to drive business growth.
Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per yearRequirements:
  1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or account management, with at least 2-3 years in a senior capacity.
  2. A proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas in a B2B or enterprise sales environment.
  3. Experience in managing complex sales cycles and large accounts, as well as a strong understanding of CRM software and sales analytics tools.
