Administrative Liaison

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Liaison Officer to join our team at IP Immigration Pros Inc.
Key Responsibilities:- Implement new administrative procedures to ensure seamless workflow and efficiency.
- Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met, working in a fast-paced environment.
- Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence, utilizing database software and Google Drive.
- Perform data entry and resolve conflict situations with a high level of integrity and client focus.
- Monitor and evaluate work processes to identify areas for improvement.
- College/CEGEP education and 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with a focus on attention to detail and adaptability.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and electronic mail.
- Bilingual language skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- A permanent position with 30-40 hours of work per week.
