About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Liaison Officer to join our team at IP Immigration Pros Inc. As a Liaison Officer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including data entry, report preparation, and correspondence.
  • Procedure Implementation: Implement new administrative procedures and ensure they are followed by the team.
  • Task Management: Establish work priorities, ensure deadlines are met, and monitor progress.
  • Communication: Assemble data and prepare reports, manuals, and correspondence to communicate with stakeholders.
  • Conflict Resolution: Resolve conflict situations in a professional and timely manner.
  • Monitoring and Evaluation: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of administrative procedures and make recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficient in electronic mail, MS Excel, MS Word, database software, and Google Drive.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work independently, in a fast-paced environment, and under pressure with tight deadlines.
  • Personal Suitability: Efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, organization, reliability, ability to multitask, time management, adaptability, integrity, client focus, and dependability.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
