Regional Sales and Partnership Growth Specialist

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding partnerships across Canada. Your entrepreneurial spirit, combined with your ability to think creatively, will enable you to identify new opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, account management, or business development within the sports or consumer goods industry. Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills are essential, as well as the ability to work collaboratively across teams to achieve goals.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategic plans to expand sales and revenue growth
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers
- Direct manage and be responsible for full P&L of offline sales activities (B2B and franchise) within their region
- Structure, draft, negotiate, and close contracts with new and existing accounts
- Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and Customer Service to support the full lifecycle of partnerships
- 10+ years' experience in sales, account management, franchise, or business development within the sports or consumer goods industry
- Proven business development acumen and strong negotiation skills
- Ability to think creatively and strategically while handling complex issues
- Record of reaching ambitious revenue goals and self-starting capabilities
- Estimated salary: $90,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience
