Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Activator to maximize the sale of supplier brands to the trade and consumer through effective regional execution. This role involves managing relationships with key players, developing business development strategies, and driving brand success via training and education.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build Strategic Partnerships: Develop direct relationships with key on-trade players, providing feedback and updates to ensure successful brand execution.
  • Market Execution and Branding: Plan and execute marketing activities, branding objectives, and on-trade events to drive sales and brand awareness.
  • Audit and Account Management: Audit and classify key accounts, prioritizing relationships and developing strategies to drive sales growth.
  • Training and Education: Provide training programs for partners, key players, and internal sales teams to enhance knowledge and skills.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent: A degree in a related field or equivalent experience is required.
  • Industry Experience: Five years of sales experience within the distribution, hospitality, or supplier community is essential.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to travel, sit, type, and lift up to 40lbs may be required.
