About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage sales reports and adjust strategies to optimize performance
  • Contribute to the creation of promotional materials that drive sales growth
  • Oversee competitor, customer, and market research to inform sales strategies
  • Ensure sales team members have the necessary resources to perform effectively
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues
Requirements
  • One year of experience in a sales management or team leadership role is preferred
  • High achieving, ambitious, and results-oriented individual with a strong work ethic
  • Excellent problem analysis and problem-solving skills
  • Prior experience in sales, with a proven track record of success
  • Experience in all aspects of planning and implementing sales strategies
