Position Overview
- Upholds and enhances the corporate sales strategy alongside the Inside Sales Team.
- Ensures a high level of customer satisfaction throughout all sales interactions.
- Oversees the Inside Sales Department's activities, guaranteeing that team members achieve or surpass sales call activity targets.
- Forecasts staffing needs and recruits qualified candidates for available or enhanced Inside Sales roles.
- Designs and implements continuous training programs for all Inside Sales Representatives.
- Communicates objectives to Inside Sales Representatives and organizes appropriate training sessions.
- Assists in the dissemination and management of pricing and service strategies.
- Establishes and maintains precise customer records for all interactions.
- Creates and executes strategies for up-selling and cross-selling to clients through outbound calls.
Supervisory Duties
- Direct oversight of full-time Inside Sales Supervisors.
- Indirect oversight of full-time Inside Account Associates.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree or High School Diploma with 4 years of relevant professional experience.
- Experience: Minimum of three years in business-to-business sales management, along with three years in direct business-to-business sales.
- Internal criteria include a proven track record of at least three years in a sales leadership capacity.
Essential Skills and Abilities
- Key Competencies Include: Proficiency in SalesForce, Microsoft Office skills, Relationship Building, Integrity and Courage, Results Orientation, Strategic Thinking, Customer Focus, and more.

This position is primarily office-based.
