Position Overview

  • Upholds and enhances the corporate sales strategy with the Inside Sales Team.
  • Ensures a high level of customer satisfaction throughout all sales interactions.
  • Oversees the operations of the Inside Sales Department, ensuring team members achieve or surpass sales activity targets.
  • Identifies and recruits qualified candidates for available or elevated Inside Sales Team roles.
  • Designs and implements continuous training programs for all Inside Sales Representatives.
  • Communicates objectives to Inside Sales Representatives and organizes appropriate training sessions.
  • Assists in the communication and management of pricing and service strategies.
  • Maintains accurate customer records for all interactions.
  • Creates and executes strategies to enhance sales through upselling and cross-selling during outbound calls.

Supervisory Duties

  • Direct oversight of full-time Inside Sales Supervisors.
  • Indirect oversight of full-time Inside Account Associates.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or High School Diploma with 4 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience: Minimum of three years in business-to-business sales management, along with three years in direct business-to-business sales.
  • Internal requirements include three years of proven success in a sales leadership capacity.

  • Key Competencies Include: Proficiency in SalesForce, Microsoft Office skills, Relationship Building, Integrity and Courage, Results Orientation, Strategic Thinking, Customer Focus, and more.

Work Environment

This position is primarily office-based.
