CompensationA competitive salary of approximately $60,000 per year, with additional earnings through commissions, bonuses, incentives, vehicle, iPad, cell phone.
About the RoleThis is an entrepreneurial opportunity to manage a sales territory in an outside sales representative role. You will champion Wurth's value proposition to customers by utilizing our systems, services, and products.
You will demonstrate Wurth's culture and attributes of high performance daily, including achievement, integrity, respect, and collaboration.
- Provide exceptional in-person sales and service experience to customers.
- Manage the assigned sales territory in an entrepreneurial manner, maintaining and growing sales from existing customers while prospecting for new customers to generate business monthly.
- Drive personal and professional development to stay on top of product and sales developments.
- Utilize our CRM system for order placement on a mobile device (Ipad).
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- An entrepreneurial spirit and resilience.
- A high-school diploma is required.
- Post-secondary education in a related field or 1-3 years of relevant work experience.
- A valid driver's license, clear driver's abstract, and a clear criminal record.
- A high level of alignment with Wurth's Corporate Values, including collaboration, integrity, respect, and achievement.
